Villa Allamanda is a 4-bedroom villa with boat dock and private pool located in the idyllic community of Old Bahama Bay in West End, Grand Bahama Island - only 56 miles from West Palm Beach, Florida.
The 2-story house comes complete with master bedroom with king bed and three guest bedrooms each, two with a queen bed and one with twin beds and 3 ½ bathrooms, sleeping 9 guests comfortably. The villa’s décor includes beautiful wood floors and ceiling fans throughout the house and stunning coastal décor. The 2nd story porch is ideal for outdoor dining and affords stunning views of both the ocean and the canal. House is equipped with gas grill. The private pool has new lounge chairs, game area and outdoor speakers.
Villa Allamanda has a private 70’ boat dock for the exclusive use of villa guests. The dock can accommodate boats up to 80’ with a 10’ draft and comes with 20, 30 and 50 amp power and water.
